Planting Potatoes

Today, while mum was out, I helped dad in the potager. He was planting potatoes, so first I made sure the plot was well dug over (had to try quite hard and did manage to dig quite a big hole)!!! Then helped dad rake it all over, before making a trench.

Didn't quite get the hang of putting the potates in the trench, wanted to keep taking them out

We managed to get them all in eventually, before mum came home..

Had a shower and a rub down before being allowed in for my lunch.
What a tiring thing it is to plant potatoes .




What will dad get to plant next I wonder?
