But it started so well!!!

Jon & Jane returned from Disney yesterday - got cuddles from them as we looked at the photos they had taken.
This morning, they were up and getting ready to go the next leg of their adventure - cycling down towards St Malo!!!!

After we had said goodbye - we went to La Haye Du Puit to the market. Sat and had a drink in the local cafe - but it was starting to get too hot for me, so we came home.  After lunch mum & dad filled my paddling pool up - ooohhhh so lovely.

 It was turning into a pefect day - until dad & I went for a walk.
It looked so inviting - a big brown splodge just crying out to be rolled in. What could I do - just soooo irrestible.
Straight home and dad got the shower out - no problem I enjoy that. Then mum came out with yellow marigolds on.  Dad soaked me all over and then mum put something in my fur and  rubbed it in all over.  I was suddenly covered in a white lather - what was going on?  It was then washed off but before I could  say "Leonberger"  I was covered again - I was not liking this at all.

 Another rinse off and I was finished. 
Sniff sniff?  mmmm smell quite nice now. Spent the rest of the time in sun drying off - until I decided to have an evening dip in my pool then run indoors to see  mum & dad. (mum said the floor needed washing - so I was just helping out!!

Tired out - what a day!!!
